| Introduction | Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I feel incredibly fortunate to be married to a wonderful husband, Mike, and have four wonderful children--Dane, age 16; Grant, age 14; Tiersten, age 7; and Jennica, age 6. I am a Certified Residential Appraiser and opened my own business, Precision Appraisals, in October of 2005.
