| Introduction | My Name is Kevin, I live in the SF Bay Area in California. I work security at a casino. But the reason I have for starting this blog is I have a huge problem with insomnia. It's a good place to put my thoughts when I can't sleep. My problems sleeping normally go 2-3 days and at that point my body will normally respond to my medication and allow me to sleep. But while I am up I need something to do, and I'm looking to the internet as an outlet. |
