Introduction	I can see the hand of God all throughout my life, and I always remember knowing Him. At the age of 3 my mom led me in the prayer that started my journey. On the nights when I cried myself to sleep, I could feel His warm embrace. At the age of 6 I prayed a prayer I didn't fully understand. All I knew was that God wanted me to pray "God set me apart." This was a pivotal moment in my life that I believe has kept me through many storms—depression, suicide, broken relationships, and more. During the year I spent in Africa, I almost died. I count this as one of my greatest blessings because I encountered God in a way that drastically altered everything in my life. Now, I'm confident that the only reason I am here is to love! After coming back from Africa, the Lord healed my wounds of abandonment and sexual abuse. Through this victory, I feel blessed! Through it I encountered the power of the cross. His blood not only gave me grace for my sin, but for the sins committed against me. I’ve learned the power of His love, grace, and forgiveness. Because of the great love of Jesus, I'm clean, free, cherished, and unashamed.
