| Introduction | ...lives in Cape Town, South Africa with his wife Tamsin. As a yoga teacher and practitioner, Tom sees the physical body as a work of perfection, and believes that complete and perfect health is available to anyone who chooses to accept the ways and means of bringing it about. Through the regular practise of yoga we can realize our own unique and perfect physical form. Stretching, massaging and toning our internal body allows the organs to perform as they were intended, thus creating a state whereby illness and dis-ease simply cannot exist. Eating simple, whole-foods offers us the tools to cleanse and revitalize our entire system, creating balance and harmony in our daily lives.
