| Introduction | We've all seen how humans can obscure reality and facts due to the passions of their biases and/or self-interests. I've come to realize the most effective thing I can do to combat this is to continually & diligently assess my own thoughts and actions. That is because I've also realized such behavior is naturally inherent in all of us no matter how intelligent or educated, and we are most blinded to seeing it in ourselves. We can lessen and modify our own such tendencies with honest, diligent awareness and effort. |
