| Introduction | I am not a doctor, this is specific to my procedure only and is not intended to be a prediction of what anybody else can expect from this treatment. I am 33, otherwise in good health, do not smoke or drink, 5'9 160lbs. For now, started with this chronic back pain that was handcuffing me at work and at play. Finally went to see sports medicine specialist when at my work remaining in a somewhat back friendly position was no longer an option. Went in expecting to have problem discs, came out knowing I had a shifted vertebrae and would need a specialist and I knew in my head that meant surgery. This short blog will document this surgery in hopes to add a positive back surgery story to the millions of horror stories. |
| Interests | Spending time with my wife, my three boys, my dog and two cats, as well as my extended family whenever I get a chance. Family is everything to me. I also like working out, watching football, and collecting stuff I might need at a later date. |
| Favorite movies | I love comic book movies, wasn't much into the comic books, but I love super heroes. My wife loves horror movies so I also like horror movies! |

| Favorite books | Fifty shades of... just kidding. I really only read children's books for my kids but I did love the "Godfather" Now I just read motivational stuff whenever I can. |
