| Introduction | It took me a while to decide if I really want to do a blog on low carb high fatty foods! The thought of it was overwhelming or even intimidating at times taken there are so many experts out there. Well, I am a mom of two gorgeous kids and I thought to myself - why am I intimidated by this? I mean, if I can have children, work and look after my family then surely some experts should be intimidated by me! ;-) So my journey starts and I am extremely excited and ready for this new chapter in my life.
