| Introduction | I live in Manila where despite its third-world charm is a highly urbanized city. I currently do marketing for a French fashion brand where my love for clothes and dressing up is satisfied. I eat stress for breakfast, but I dine with good friends that make it a meal to look forward to. I am in love with the city- the lights, sights, sounds, tastes and the lifestyle, but despite my love for the city, I long for the constant escape from it. I find such thrill and freedom in riding planes, cars, boats and whatever could take me away from the craziness I am accustomed to. Like the millions of people residing in this city, I wake up each day looking for greater meaning to the seemingly empty life. I write, I sing, I dance, I party, I travel, I dress up, I wine and dine. I love movies, music, books and art, both classic and contemporary. I enjoy the conversations accompanied by coffee. This is the lifestyle I chose. But beneath the surface, I am an idealist, an optimist, a lover, a believer and a dreamer. I love my family, my friends and most of all GOD. And in them do I find meaning in life and the reason to dream big. :) |
