Introduction	I live and garden in hot and humid Houston, TX. I have a pretty small garden (probably under 300 SF of planting space) but manage to get a pretty decent amount of produce from that little plot of land. One of the best things about gardening in the south is that you can basically have a year round harvest. I have a brilliant husband, three boys who are all too smart for their britches, and a dumb but lovable dog.
