| Introduction | The Good Thymes in The Kitchen Blog focuses on herbal cooking, peppered with useful information about medicinal and historical uses of herbs. It's mostly a collection of thoughts and recipes from The Thyme Garden kitchen, our home cooking experiments, and past experiences as owners of The Farmer's Kitchen in Alsea, Oregon. We've just relased our 3rd edition cookbook - Many More Good Thymes in the Kitchen...it's 164 pages of herbal delight. Enjoy! We get inspiration from our well established gardens filled with herbs just outside our kitchen door. We cater weddings, four-course luncheons, and special events from our little piece of heaven in The Coast Range Mountains of Oregon. |
