| Introduction | Ben and I met in Sophomore English class. We were good friends throughout high school, but didn't really start dating until Senior Prom, one week before graduation. After a magic weekend I was still on the fence about him, but Ben did some hard and fast talking, and I caved. We spent every minute of a beautiful, whirl-wind summer together, then I went to Idaho to school, and he went to Brazil on a mission. A few months after his arrival home, it was my turn to talk hard and fast, and I eventually wore him down. We hung on through some ups and downs, and in May '02 we were married in the Logan temple. In Nov. '04 we had our first beautiful boy, and in June '07 we had our second beautiful boy. It's amazing how motherhood has changed my perspective, but I am happy to report that these are the best days of my life. |
