| Introduction | I am a graduate of Agriculture from university of Nigeria Nsukka. I believe humans are what they eat and I love African dishes. I have a degree in cooking & my other office is the kitchen, lol. My 2 years old girl will wake up in the morning & every other time & the first place she will look for me is in the kitchen, imagine the calculation!. I love reading too. I read for pleasure, information & to improve myself. I rarely do motivational books because I believe that life experiences are enough motivation on their own. As much as I love food, I hardly give in to the demands of my voracious appetite, lol. Yes, because I love fitness. I do exercise as often as I can and enough to keep me in shape. I don't want to look like my husband's mother, neither do I want my hubby to start looking for that babe he used to chase, 3 years ago & wouldn't find her, lol. Finally, I love the finest things of life, because I believe they are one of the things that makes this life worth living.
