| Introduction | I liked bacon before it was cool. I get down in the kitchen and almost everything I make is my own (sometimes warped) creation. I wrote my first cookbook in the third fourth grade - a neighborhood and family compilation that included my favorite recipes for government cheese. I experience life though food and will eat in scary places if there is even the off chance of an amazing food experience, but I'm also, unfortunately keenly aware of how dang gross food processing is, and I'm always trying to reconcile those things. I'm currently eating my way across Chicago. Actually, I love bacon. The taste of it, not the idea of it really... And I love vegan. And butter. Yep. Bacon and vegan and butter. Oh, and cheese. |
