Introduction The writer must write what he has to say, not speak it. Ernest Hemingway-- I think I would do a great injustice if I attempted to give you a description of who I am. In the words of Deepak Chopra lets just say: "I am infinite forms and phenomena". Although I am always the same person, my "persona" is in a constant state of change/growth as I am expanding potential... always changing, learning and growing…metamorphosing! I seek freedom in all forms, within myself and the outer world. I'm sensitive, compassionate, aware, passionate with an innate curiosity. This also empowers me to seek answers to questions most people never ask. Our lives are spent on journeys; journeys of the heart, the mind and the soul. As you pass by others in your daily life, each person is at a different stage in their own personal internal journey with a lesson at the end of each journey. Someone may be learning to be more vulnerable while another may be learning how to be more assertive. My writing often reflect those moments of learning, growing and change. It is with humility that I share those vulnerable moments with you reader in whichever form it manifests: biblically, poetry, rambling, or musing.
Interests My heroes are those who know who they are and why they exist! Those who take what they have been given in this life and use it wisely. Those who use their inner gifts and talents. Most of us are reasonably articulate about our deficits and weaknesses-how many we got wrong on our test, how many things we have failed to accomplish during any given day. We become fluent at explaining our incompetencies, but look straight at our GIFTS and TALENTS and then mutter, "Oh, that old thing?" This leaves us awkward and confused about how to bring our assets and resources to the rest of the community around us. Too many of us believe we don't matter, and that what we do doesn't really make a difference. I challenge you to ask what really matters to you. No grab hold of it and give it away to someone! Be another one of my heros, ...
