Introduction	I lived in Provence and worked with as a chef's assistant in 2007 and 2008. I fell in love with Provence-- its food, wine, sights, smells, and people. It's where I dream of living someday. Until then, I will teach French and blog about lots of stuff.
Interests	I love to eat, to cook, everything French, movies, reading, traveling... I'm just a normal American girl who wants to live in France and speak French, eat great food, drink Côtes du Rhône, and champagne.
