| Introduction | I'm a Southern boy, born and raised in Southwestern Louisiana. I joined the U.S. Marine Corps at 19 years old, and served my country for 4 1/2 years. During that time I saw Okinawa, Japan, Singapore, Hawaii, Kenya, the Philippines, Australia, and all throughout California. It was a good experience that shaped my life both in college back in Louisiana at McNeese State University, as well as here in California as a personal trainer and fitness presentor to businesses and schools. I enjoy what I do, and hope to influence everyone to enjoy life more through healthy activities and a love of life itself. |
