Introduction	I grew up hating math. To be honest with you, I’m still not that crazy about it. But despite that, somehow I landed in a career in the credit union industry from 2009-2012 dealing with numbers every day and helping people manage their finances. Go figure! I’m glad I did, because I learned a lot and developed a love for personal finance. I’ve been a fan of Dave Ramsey for many years and have put into practice Dave’s seven “Baby Steps.” In Fall of 2012 I found myself starting back at square one after a job change derailed my progress. And that’s where Baby Stepping was born. Follow me as I chronicle my journey back through Dave’s tried-and-true Baby Steps! Just a little about me, I was born and raised in Deer Park, Texas, was home schooled, and am currently studying Marketing. I no longer work in the finance industry but on the side I am the Secretary at the small Baptist church I grew up in, I advocate for children in poverty with Compassion International, and am a Contributing Writer at The Christian Dollar.
