| Introduction | I am a fourth year student at George Brown College studying Hospitality Operation Management. I also have a diploma from George Brown College in Hotel Management. I always picture myself working in a five star hotel as a manager. Now I am working on it. I am taking Food & Beverage program as well. Actually, at the beginning, taking Food & Beverage program was not to run my own restaurant but to better understand a hotel industry. Right now, I guess to be a restaurateur is not that bad idea.
