| Introduction | Lisa here. In 1991 I became a hermit. They didn't really know much about mental health at the time, but I'd been misdiagnosed and later learned that I had panic disorder with agoraphobia. It's good to find out a name to something like that because it validates your feelings for years thinking you must be going nuts. So I'm currently among the asteroid belt that is mid life and am about to move into a camper with my husband and 17 year old wonderful son. And Charlee. And Carl. (Cat. If he decides to show up.) |

| Favorite music | Foo Fighters, nothing.nowhere, Twenty One Pilots, 80's heavy metal - and much of the limited rock of those ages (that's a pun.) I also like live music where the musician settles into a song really deeply and I just think that's beautiful. I also like rap-rock. |
