Introduction	Wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt and child of God. Blessed to be almost two years into early retirement, after 24 bountiful years at HP. Sharing my passion for God's holy scripture, through books I design and sell, using my photos or yours (available for preview or purchase from the "My Web Page" link in the "View My Complete Profile" section below). Now embarking on a fascinating new journey: treatment and healing from breast cancer. Caught early through my annual mammogram, I've completed the surgery phase (two lumpectomy related surgeries) and am beginning the chemo phase (April - July) followed by radiation (August - September). I’ve started this blog as a way to provide regular updates to the many, many friends and family members who are praying for me, encouraging me, helping me and my family in so many ways. I hope this will give you more specific things to pray about and will also encourage you as you see how God answers your prayers and comes along side me throughout this journey. This hasn’t been a surprise to God and I’m eager to see how He will use it this year and beyond. My prayer is that it would all be “for the display of His splendor” (Isaiah 61:3).
