| Introduction | Delco Loves Animals is working towards becoming a non-profit organization. It was founded by Rich and Lisa Small with a mission to reduce the stray pet population in Delco through spay and neuter programs. They are dedicated to supporting local animal service providers, collaborating with law enforcement and the District Attorney's office on animal cruelty cases, and educating the public on the importance of proper and responsible animal care. Caring for animals is much like caring for people—both require compassion, empathy, and respect. |
