| Introduction | I am a married mom of two delicious school aged children, a pediatric emergency physician, amateur writer and yogi. I don't proclaim to know much about anything, but I do believe that anything natural is better for us than something un-natural, and that most things are best savoured in moderation. While I mainly share about my favorite things, I believe the best things in life are truly free, such as spending time with family and friends, walks in the fresh air and sunshine, etc. And I agree with Albert Einstein, creativity is more important than knowledge. |
