| Introduction | Hello, my name is Rachel. A bit confusing so let me explain. Hannah Roet was my mother who started collecting miniatures over thirty years ago. She started making, buying and selling miniatures. She became the driving force in miniatureland in Holland helping many starting artisans on their way. She drew me in as well and I have never stopped loving miniatures. In honor of my mother I have kept her name when I do shows and so it often happens that people call me Hannah. But I respond to that too. I live right in the hart of Amsterdam, one of the loveliest cities in the world. Well I think so. When I stand on my balcony I can see the Rembrandt house where he lived which is now a museum. I am very new to this medium so bear with me. I will try to put up posts on a regular basis because I have such great stuff to show you. Taking pictures is my weakest skill.
