Introduction	I work as part of a HUGE consulting company where my practice leads companies to achieve greater success in dealing with board-level technology challenges, e.g. How much should we spend on IT?; How much value are we getting from technology?; What should I be concerned about in my IT operation?. I don't "implement" technology; I teach... I teach leaders how to lead techies. I teach CFOs and CEOs how to lead CIOs. I teach business leaders how to ask for the IT capabilities they need to execute business strategies. And, I teach IT leaders how to build relationships with business leaders to ensure better alignment of technology with business strategy. (and, I really enjoy my work!) --j
