| Introduction | I'm intrigued by the intersection of religion, science, psychology and politics. (I don't see the four as necessarily enemies, but they share a common one: superstition.) On sabbatical from organized religion for a time, now dipping a toe back in. Born and raised Lutheran (then-ALC), but had strong ecumenical cross-pollination in high school, especially Evangelicals and Charismatics. Quit going to church during freshman year in college, then sojourned with the Friends (Quakers) after grad school, before ending up Episcopalian, which I've been since 1988. |
