Introduction	I started my first business at 29 which failed by the time I was 31. I picked myself up from this experience and went on to build a successful distributorship over the next 10 years. During this intensive business growth period I discovered the true meaning of building a network. I set and achieved a goal of doubling my sales production in one year. I was one of 22 out of 14,000 sales representatives to be recognized for this achievement. What I discovered is that you can increase productivity without increasing the work...by using strategic partnerships! All this while coping with a physical handicap incurred from a near fatal auto accident and raising my young sons. I understand about working with stress, goals, and limitations. I continue to use the same principles that doubled my sales to build my current company Connectworks. I am passionate about equipping others to work smarter, building from their strengths to better serve their customers and grow strong profitable companies.
