Introduction	I am a mother of two, on a mission of helping other moms sift through the over abundant amount of information regarding healthy living. As a busy mother myself I strive towards a stress-less day (since I know stress-free is not healthy either!) I love the outdoors so many times I find myself integrating time outdoors with the kids and my workout blasts! I love to write and am currently working learning more about it! I am also journaling my recipes to then turn them into a cookbook that integrates all things health, fitness, wellness that I love!!
