About me

Introduction	...married to Carla, his wife of 35 years. Together, they have three adult children and one grandchild. He has a Bachelor of Religious Education Degree with a major in Leadership. Ralph began his career in pastoral ministry in a small church that was considering closing in 1990. Within months the church began to experience turnaround and growth. In 1998, he became ordained as an elder in the Free Methodist Church, and he began his consulting work with other churches. Under his consulting leadership, many churches have experienced turnaround toward Great Commission health and growth. He has also been a sponsor of church planting efforts in Michigan and Kenya. In 2001, Ralph was a catalyst in launching a Bible College in Tanzania. That same year, in Michigan he launched a Training Institute that prepares people for ministry, and sponsored a Haitian Church plant. He has a passion for healthy, growing churches and mentoring others in ministry careers. He brings a wealth of experience and passion for Great Commission turnaround in the local church. Ralph is certified as consultant with the Free Methodist Church and is a member of the American Society of Church Growth.
