| Introduction | There is a Narrative Therapy technique known as letter writing. This is not a very difficult concept to understand; basically you have one write letters without actually sending them to the intended person. This can be used when you can no longer communicate with the person you need for multiple reasons; one of which being death. My mom passed away on May 14, 2011 and a lot has changed since her passing. This blog is my attempt to help myself narratively by writing letters to comfort me through my grief. |
