IntroductionAt the start of this blog I am 5'9" 151 lbs with 10% bodyfat. Most would describe me as a little scrawny with some muscular definition. I started on this 12 week journey to try and accomplish 3 things. 1. Add 10 lbs of muscle 2. Reduce overall body fat 3. Increase my level of fitness
