I'm Claudia... a wife to the most understanding & loving man imaginable, A mother of 3 little munchkins, and last, but not least, a resident starting my career in medicine in a foreign land. Whenever I have time (oh funny, I know!) I relax by baking and playing in the kitchen. I decided to start this blog as a way to keep record for my children of all the great and not so great recipes and tips/advice passed down or learned through the years.
