| Introduction | I began my career as a registered nurse. Immediately after nursing school, I attended massage therapy school and became licensed in massage therapy and certified in neuromuscular therapy. After all my babies were weaned, I finally fulfilled my dream to go to yoga teacher training. Now, I feel I am completing the circle and am pursuing my Yoga Alliance 500 and certification in Therapeutic Yoga. My teaching style is fun and playful while remaining challenging, but my emphasis is on maintaining safety and healthy alignment. |
