Introduction | For the past decade, I have worked in the field of education in numerous capacities. After earning a a B.S. and Master's Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood, I was an elementary school teacher, earning over 120 hours of professional development. I continued my education career on the commercial side of education, working with administrators to purchase and implement multimedia curriculum. In addition to developing educational curriculum for a national publisher, I have conducted numerous hours of professional development to both K-12 educators and professionals in the commercial education industry, and I am constantly engaging in my own professional development. As a mother of one toddler and a stepmother of two preteens, I am excited to be serving my parenting peers as a curator of information that will empower you and your children. My goal is to improve the lives of young children by educating their parents on factors influencing social, emotional, and cognitive development. |
