About me

Introduction Our Mission: Build equitable middle housing and mentor families to grow healthy homes and neighborhoods. The NAPAS organization through the TEAMS Institute is a nonprofit focused on empowering communities through housing affordability and access to resources, land, and education to encourage families to build wealth. The organization was established in 1993 by members who saw the sacrifice their parents and grandparents made to acquire and hold real estate and instilled in them the value of using land as a resource to build stronger communities. By strategically developing sites, the organization is focused on providing needed housing and community resources that create equitable growth for generations to come. We are an award-winning team working to share our knowledge and honor those who exposed us to the rich world of technology, engineering, the arts, medicine and science. NAPAS a 501 (c) (3) organization was founded in 1979 as NAOBS through the support of notable doctoral scholars at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Thank you for sharing your time and resources with us.
