| Introduction | I'm an operations research analyst. I help organisations plan strategically and design and develop performance measurement systems. Planning, measuring performance, and process design are inter-related for performance improvement. When we plan we need to look ahead in anticipating issues and problems for the shaping of desired futures. I can't do one without the other.
