Introduction	I’m a green tea drinking, frosting loving, happily married mother of two children who are old enough to go to happy hour with me. I work as a technical writer for a software company, and I was diagnosed with breast cancer on Dec 27, 2010. Life changing? I don’t know yet. Routine-changing, definitely. Regardless, there's got to be a silver lining in this chapter, and for me, the addition of chemo to my treatment means I'll lose my hair. Fingers crossed, I’ll get a better crop next time. I’m counting on it. That’s the upside of this cancer. Oh, and did I mention all the love? So much love it makes my eyes leak just thinking about it.
