| Introduction | Hi, and thanks for visiting my blog. As if the title of my blog wasn't enough to give it away, I have a major sweet tooth... My favorite dessert by far is ice cream. I'd rather skip dinner or have a small portion so I'm able to leave room for dessert. I love to cook and bake I find it relaxing if you can believe that. I don't have any professional culinary training so consider yourself warned. ;) My background is in IT, so I'm somewhat of a geek. I hope you enjoy my recipes/experiments, as sometimes I like to push the envelope. |
