| Introduction | For those who don't know me, I am a mother of 2, going through a divorce from my high school sweetheart of 13 years. I am currently in a committed relationship with an awesome woman who encourages me to work toward my goals. I am a full-time student persuing a B.S. in Psychology. I intend to use my degree to impact the lives of people who, like myself, suffer from depression and other emotional disorders. |

| Favorite movies | There are too many to list so I'll pick one from each genre - Drama: Steel Magnolias, Horror: The Exorcist, Action: Face Off, Comedy: Ace Ventura Pet Detective, SciFi: Contact There are tons more, but those are the "off the top of my head" favorites. |
| Favorite music | I like a little bit of everything. From the older Reba McEntire stuff to Lady Gaga to Breaking Benjamin to Mozart, my mood dictates the music I listen to at any given time. |
| Favorite books | HARRY POTTER...Hands down! I know it's supposed to be a children's book series, but it is the most detailed and extensive story I've ever read. The movies are great too, but they don't hold a candle to the books. I also like the Twilight books, but I do enjoy some Stephen King, Nora Roberts, John Grisham and others. There is one book that has impacted me in such a way that it changed my thinking: The Autobiography of Malcolm X. |
