Introduction	I'm a young student in Seattle, following a dream that I've had since I was 12 and a passion I've had since I was old enough to hold a spoon. During a normal week I spend 48 hours in a restaurant kitchen, 20 in a classroom, and 9 on a bus. You might find me wandering Seattle with a camera in hand, starstruck at an Ethan Stowell owned restaurant, the nearest yoga studio, or crashed on my couch surrounded by homework. It's a crazy life but I wouldn't change a single thing. Look for my name on the James Beard website sometime in the future.
