| Introduction | Ruth and Jack are spending the first half of 2018 in Ludwigshafen, Germany. We are here to volunteer with Mennonite Church USA Missions Network and Mennonite Church Canada Witness, in partnership with the ASM (Conference of Southern German Mennonite Congregations), the DMMK (German Mennonite Mission Committee), and the Ludwigshafen Mennonite Church. We are excited to join Jennifer Otto and Greg Rabus in the work they have started in this community, helping (mostly) Syrian refugees adjust to life in Germany. Also, we hope to provide opportunities for native Germans to connect with these new Germans, building stronger communities of trust and understanding. |
