| Introduction | In 2008 I was transformed into an Ironman athlete at the age of 53. At Ironman New York City in 2012 I ran into a friend that was completing his first Ironman and raising money for TNT. That 2 hours spent with Guy Adami convinced me that I needed to race for bigger causes than myself. In 2014 I will raise money and awareness about the plight of nearly 1 billion people who lack access to clean water by completing an iron distance race on each continent. |
