| Introduction | I have been teaching at Maya Angelou Elementary for eight years. I have taught 1st,2nd,3rd and 5th grade. My favorite grade level has been 1st grade. I feel that this is where educators set the foundation for the child's future education. This year I taught 3rd grade and will be grade level chair in the upcoming year. We will also be departmentalizing 3rd grade so I know this will be quite an experience for both for me and the students. |
