Introduction Hi everyone. I'm Rosalie and last century I was an award winning chef. Now I'm a writer and in my spare time I am aiming to cook a meal from each of the 196 independent countries in the World. I am publishing my recipes here in the hope we can rescue lost food traditions and build understanding across cultures. I started my food journey as a teenager trained in Australia as a chef in the classical French style working in international hotels and small restaurants under the watchful eyes of a head Chef. I truely find this blog the most exciting food journey yet and I do hope you come with me on this adventure as it opens the doors to many wonderful food traditions and stories I could never have found in the world of the professional chef
