| Introduction | I have been a foreign correspondent in Geneva, Brussels (twice), Central America, Hong Kong & China and Berlin for major newspapers including the Daily Telegraph, Sunday Telegraph and Sydney Morning Herald. I write a lot about globalizaton these days, about international education for Times Educational Supplement and on international science policy and research for Science and Development Network (www.scidev.net). I'm beavering away on a sequel to my first novel The Buffalo Thief which was published in 1999. (The French version Les Jardins de Mardpur came out in 2002). |
