| Introduction | I was born and raised in Bristol England (with 11 siblings) and lived there till meeting the love of my life, Jack, a debonair army man in 1951. And after dating for three years, we got married on March 20th 1954 and settled into a life together, welcoming our first child, Alan, in January 1956. We decided to immigrate to Canada and moved to New Brunwick in 1957 and that is where our 2nd son, Barry was born, on March 7th 1962. We lived there till June 1966 when we decided to to move to British Columbia.Jack and I moved to Campbell River on Vancouver Island on November 1, 2003 and found that we loved it here, especially the weather as we have some rain, some snow and lots of sunshine. "mr potter" MY Jack, passed away on 30 September 2005, after 51 years of marriage and a total of 54 years together. he was and still is my one and only love I have 2 grand/daughters Alaina (Alan and Cathy's)daughter Shawnessy (Barry Kassandra) daughter and 2 grand/sons Trevor and Doug Alan and Cathy's sons... |
