Introduction	I work for an adult esol program in a public libray. I have about 70 students per year. I supervise a staff of 4-5 and several volunteers. I teach mornings and evenings and am busy with administrative tasks and professional development. September to June is extremely busy for me, but in summer I have fewer classes and can take a lot of vacation time to take a break.
