| Introduction | Hello, Karen and I moved to North Carolina in 2005. Before that, we met and lived in Columbus, Ohio. I have always enjoyed grilling and hosting Cook Outs. When we arrived in NC, through new friends, I discovered a great way to cook out. NC BBQing! This is a combination of indirect grilling and smoking your food. If all is going well in your BBQ, Blue Smoke will come from your grill and the meat will have a Red Ring when you slice into it. My Quest: Blue Smoke and Red Rings, and to have FUN with Family and Friends... a BBQ! |
