Introduction	My name is Art and I live in Battle Creek, Michigan. I've owned 8 Karmann Ghias in my life including four currently: a 1967 Type 343 coupe, two 1969 Type 143 coupes and a 1972 Type 141 convertible. My 1st car was a $200 'back lot special' 1960 coupe. It only lasted about 5 months. My second car, and my 1st NEW car, was a 1966 coupe which I kept for approximately 3-1/2 years. I was Ghialess for approximately 39 years.
Interests	My Beagle, my Schwinn road bike, my French Horn, my HO train collection, photography and Karmann Ghias. OMG - I'm trying to be 14 again!!
Favorite movies	The Good The Bad and The Ugly, Dr. Strangelove
Favorite music	I like both kinds: Rock AND Roll
