| Introduction | I have done the food business from the manure pile to the sewage treatment plant. I retired with a chronic case of pissoffolosis brought on by the M and M management style and consider myself a born-again sycophant who found salvation in the academic literature on bullshit. I survived bureaucracy with a poetic crutch - an old German poem for which English and French translations exist: The Gedanken sind frei/Thoughts are free.
