Introduction	Justin Pawlik is the Vice President of Midwest Operations for Kymanox – a diversified company specializing in technical project management for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Justin is an experienced technical, quality, and operations manager with a background in chemical engineering. Prior to Kymanox, he held a variety of technical and managerial positions at Abbott Laboratories, Manley Bros., and Hepworth Mineral and Chemical. Justin has over 15 years of ISO and cGMP industry experience. His knowledge of quality regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing provide sound expertise in the field. He has successfully led multiple projects at Abbott, Manley Bros., Hepworth, and currently Kymanox. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Justin is a member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).
